In The Scope Of Construction Works, The Following Can Be Distinguished: A) Preparatory And Demolition Works, B) Earthworks, C) Foundations, D) Pavements, E) Street Elements, F) Adjustments And Replacement Of Devices, G) Markings, H) Finishing Works, I) Shelter, J) Lighting Cable Line. The Full And Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Was Indicated In Such Documents As: Technical Documentation (Construction Design And Technical Design) (Constituting An Annex To Specifications), Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Constituting An Annex To The Specifications), And Bills Of Quantities (Constituting Annexes To The Specifications), Based On Which Documents The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed. It Should Be Noted That The Contractual Remuneration Under The Procedure Is A Lump Sum And The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Element And Does Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer.
