Tenders Are Invited For Consulting In The Field Of Deinstitutionalization And Development Of Social Services For Local Government Units - Procedure No. 2

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As Advisors Participating In And Supporting The Initiation And Conduct Of The Process Of Deinstitutionalization And Development Of Social Services, Including The Launch Of Cus For Individual Local Government Units In The Małopolska Voivodeship, Tailored To Their Individual Needs And Potentials, As Part Of The Project Social Małopolska - Coordination Of Activities For Social Inclusion In Małopolska, Implemented By The Regional Center For Social Policy In Krakow Under The European Funds Program For Social Development 2021-2027. 2. The Service Includes Advisory Support For Małopolska Communes And Poviats In The Development Of Social Services And Deinstitutionalization Processes, Including A Maximum Of 100 Hours Of Consulting In The Process Of Developing Social Services, With Particular Emphasis On Processes Supporting The Launch Of Social Service Centers.3. The Provision Of The Order Will Include: A) Group Counseling, Including Networking And Individual Meetings, B) Development Of A Program/Plan For A Given Group Counseling (Determining The Groups Needs, Thematic Scope And Counseling Schedule), C) Development Of Materials In Accordance With The Substantive Scope Of A Given Consulting. All Materials Must Be Prepared In Technical Terms Based On The Standards For Creating Accessible Documents, Content, Multimedia And Online Events In Rops In Krakow), D) Participation In Meetings With The Ordering Party At Least Once A Quarter To Discuss The Progress Of Meetings In Municipalities/Counties.4. Services In The Case Of Group Counseling Will Be Provided On Working Days, As A Rule, Between 7:00 A.M. And 5:00 P.M., And In The Case Of Individual Counseling, Between 8:00 A.M. And 8:00 P.M. Information On The Date Of Carrying Out A Given Consultancy Will Each Time Be Provided To The Ordering Party After Agreeing It With The Local Government Unit.
