1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of A Task Called: Construction Of A Recreational Area - Two Pumptrack Bicycle Tracks In The Town Of Gózd, Gózd Commune. The Works Will Be Carried Out On Plots No. 223/1, 223/2 In The Town Of Gózd (Geodetic District 0009 Gózd). The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of Two Pumptrack Bicycle Tracks With An Asphalt Surface: 1) Mini Pump Track - A Compact Track For The Youngest Users. The Route Has Low Moguls And Gently Profiled Turns Allowing For A Calm Ride, For Safety It Has One-Sided Lines, 2) Flowtrack Type Track - A Facility Intended For Young People Starting Their Adventure And Intermediate People. It Consists Of Higher Moguls, Rollers And Other Obstacles Constituting Various Connections, It Has Numerous Branches And Passages Allowing For A Quick Change Of The Route. Wide Rails Ensure Safe Driving At High Speeds. The Tracks Have A Closed System Created By Loops Consisting Of Moguls And Turns (Bands). The Whole Thing Creates A Peripheral Driving System With A Separating Area In The Middle Of The Facility. Discharge Of Surface Water Via Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes To The Adjacent Area. It Is Also Planned To Establish Regulations Specifying The Rules For The Use Of The Facility. In Addition, It Is Planned To Construct A Recreation Square. The Subject Of The Order Should Include: • Carry Out Construction Works Related To Land Development On Plots No. 223/1, 223/2 In The Town Of Gózd In Accordance With The Design Documentation, To The Extent Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Of The Offer Cost Estimate (Appendix No. 11). • Carry Out All Other Works And Activities Necessary To Perform The Construction Work - Resulting From The Regulations. Construction Law, Including, Among Others: Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Development And Marking Of The Construction Site, Surveying Services, • Make Construction Site Equipment Necessary To Carry Out The Works, Maintain Law And Order During The Execution Of The Works, And After The Works Are Completed, Remove These Devices And Tidy Up The Area, • Mark The Work Area In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, • Prepare As-Built Documentation. • Obtain Confirmation Of Acceptance Of The Notice Of Completion Of Construction By The District Office Construction Supervision Inspector. The Detailed Scope Of Work Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 11) And Land Development Design (Annex No. 12), Technical Design (Annex No. 13) And Stwior (Annex No. 14) Which Are Annexes To This Specification. If The Documentation Referred To Above Uses The Names Of Manufacturers Or Other Proper Names, It Should Be Assumed That They Serve Only To Clarify The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Order Should Be Made Of The Materials Indicated In The Documentation Or Equivalent.
