The Subject Of The Order Is To Collect Samples And Perform Laboratory Tests Together With The Development Of Results Regarding Biological Elements Of Surface Waters In The Life13 Project Area Nat/Pl/000050.1) Monitoring Of Biological Elements Will Be Carried Out At 14 Measurement And Control Points Located On The Following Watercourses: Ełk River - 4 Points, Jegrznia River - 2 Points, Biebrza - 2 Points, Kapicki Canal - 2 Points, Woźnawiejski Canal – 1 Point, Rudzki Canal – 2 Points, Kuwaski Canal – 1 Point. The Approximate Location And List Of Measurement And Control Points Are Presented In Annex No. 12 To The Swz.2) Sampling Of Water And Biological Material For Tests Regarding Biological Elements Should Be Carried Out Twice In 2026, In Accordance With The Schedule Constituting Annex No. 13 To The Swz. 3) As Part Of The Study Of Biological Elements, The Following Indicators Will Be Examined: Phytoplankton, Macrophytes, Phytobenthos, Benthic Macroinvertebrates. In Total, Monitoring Of Biological Elements Will Cover 4 Indicators. 4) Reference Methods Should Be Used In Laboratory Analyzes In Accordance With The Requirements Of Legal Regulations In Force In Poland. 5) As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Provide Appropriate, Sterile Vessels For Collecting Samples Of Water And Biological Material. B) To Collect Samples Of Water And Biological Material On Its Own. C) Ensure Sampling Of Water And Biological Material In The Indicated Locations. D) Ensure The Transport Of Samples On Your Own And At Your Own Expense.E) To Collect, Transport And Store Samples Of Water And Biological Material In Accordance With The Requirements For The Collection And Storage Of Samples For Testing.F) Prepare A Sample Collection Protocol.6) Monitoring Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The State Environmental Monitoring (General Inspectorate Of Environmental Protection) And The Methodology Developed And Published In The Literature (Methodological Guides Of The Environmental Monitoring Library). 7) Any Possible Changes In The Methodology Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. 8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Report On The Condition Of Biological Elements Of Water Quality. The Report Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Office By January 15, 2027.9) The Report Should Include: A) Sampling Protocols For Each Measurement And Control Point From Two Test Periods. B) Results Of Analyzes From Two Research Periods Carried Out For Each Measurement And Control Point. C) Values Of Water Quality Indicators Constituting Biological Elements (From Two Research Periods) Should Be Compared With The Limit Values Of Surface Water Quality Classes, Obtaining A Class For Each Tested Indicator. D) Test Results From Measurement And Control Points Should Be Included In The Prepared Form - Annex No. 14 To The Swz.
