The Order In Part 1 Covers The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Task Of Renovating The Building Of The Community Center, Along With The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Constituting An Integral Part Of The Facility. The Scope Of The Order Includes Both Construction Works And Supplies Along With Their Installation And Commissioning. The Ordering Party Decided That Dividing The Order Into Parts Within The Scope Of Part I Of The Order (I.E. Separate Construction Works And Supplies Of Equipment) Is Inappropriate For The Following Reasons: Functional And Technological Integrity Of The Order. A Significant Part Of The Supplies Includes Elements Requiring Permanent Assembly And Direct Connection With Construction Works (Including Mirrors, Hangers, Stage Lighting Mounted To The Structure, A Sound System With Cabling In Hidden Installations). The Implementation Of These Elements Requires Close Coordination With The Course Of Construction Works And Adaptation To The Technical Conditions Arising During The Implementation Of The Investment. The Need To Ensure Proper Coordination Of Works And Deliveries. Division Of The Order Could Lead To Significant Organizational And Logistic Difficulties, In Particular In Terms Of Harmonization Of Implementation Deadlines. There Is A Risk That The Supply Contractor Will Not Be Able To Adapt To The Actual Progress Of Construction Works, Which Could Result In The Need To Store Equipment Elements, Delays Or Their Damage.
