Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Crushed Aggregate For The Renovation Of Municipal Roads In The Biszcza Commune

3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Crushed Dolomite Aggregate For The Renovation And Ongoing Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Biszcza Commune. 3.2 The Basic Quantity Of Aggregate To Be Delivered Will Be 2,500 Tons, Including: 1,500 Tons Of Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm, 1,000 Tons Of Aggregate With A Fraction Of 31.5-63 Mm And Covered By The Law Optionally, An Additional 500 Tons Of Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm.3.3 The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Marl, Chalk And Limestone To Be Included In The Delivered Aggregate.3.4 The Delivered Aggregate Will Have The Approvals, Certificates And Quality Certificates Required By Law In Accordance With The Pn-En 13242+A1:2010 Standard Or Equivalent.3.5 The Delivered Aggregate Will Have A Declaration Of Performance Properties. In Accordance With Regulation (Eu) No 305/2011 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 9 March 2011 Establishing Harmonized Conditions For The Placing On The Market Of Construction Products And Repealing Council Directive 89/106/Eec Confirming The Compliance Of The Material With The Pn-En 13242+A1:2010 Standard Or Equivalent, Which Must Be Presented For The Delivered Batch Of Material At The Time Of Delivery.3.6 The Aggregate Should Be Clean, Without Admixtures Of Undesirable Materials Such As: Metal Waste, Asbestos, Plastic Waste, Wooden Waste, Clay. If The Above-Mentioned Contaminants Are Found In The Content Of The Aggregate, The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept The Delivery, 3.7 The Contractor Will Ensure Safety And Health Protection While Performing All Activities During The Execution Of Deliveries And Will Keep The Place Of Deliveries In A Safe Condition For Third Parties, 3.8 The Contractor Assumes Full Responsibility For The Proper Execution Of Deliveries, Ensuring The Quality Of Materials And Organizational And Technical Methods During The Execution Of The Order, 3.9 The Ordering Party Requires That Deliveries Are Carried Out Successively, Based On The Written Or Telephone Request Of The Ordering Party, Provided Contractors In The Manner Specified In § 4 Section 4 Of The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz), Specifying: A) The Amount Of Aggregate, B) The Place Of Delivery, Unloading Of The Aggregate, Spreading (Delivery To Specific Roads And/Or Dumps In The Biszcza Commune), C) Method Of Unloading The Aggregate, I.E. Pointwise (In The Indicated Place Onto The Heap) And/Or Continuously (With Extension Over The Entire Length Of The Indicated Road Section Directly From The Truck), D) Means Of Transport Of The Aggregate - Trucks Must Enable Movement On Unpaved Municipal Roads And Spreading Aggregate On The Road Directly From The Load Box Through The Rear Side E) A Person Authorized To Collect The Aggregate And Sign The Wz Document, 3.10 The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Delivery, Transport And Unloading Of Aggregate In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Biszcza Commune, 3.11 Deliveries Will Be Made Using
