1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Cpv.: The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Protection Of Facilities And Property Along With Supervision Of Exhibitions. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Service Of The Concierge In The Laboratory Building - Seven Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day. 2) Physical Security And Service Of All Artistic Projects Organized At The Center For Contemporary Art - Ujazdowski Castle (Hereinafter Referred To As Csw) Seven Days A Week, Including: A) Six Days A Week Of Exhibition Security, B) Occasional Security Of Events At The Csw, C) Occasional Duty At The Northern Concierge. 3) Intervention Patrol - Armed Unit. The Total Estimated Number Of Hours Is: Number Of Working Hours - Exposure Protection: Approx. 412 Hours Per Month (Over 13 Months - 5,344 Hours) Number Of Working Hours Of The Shift Commander: Approx. 310 Hours A Month (Over 13 Months - 4024 Hours)Number Of Working Hours - 1 Cswok Concierge. 730 Hours Per Month (Over 13 Months - 9,480 Hours) Number Of Additional Hours (Openings, Recordings) 950 Hours Over 13 Months Total: 19,798 Hours Over 13 Months The Indicated Number Of Man-Hours Is An Estimate, Taking Into Account Current Demand And Was Determined By The Ordering Party For The Purpose Of Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer. The Final Number Of Hours Assigned To The Contractor To Perform The Services In Question Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Provided That It Will Not Be Less Than 75% Of The Estimated Amount. Security Employees Carrying Out The Subject Of The Order With The Scope Of The Task - Laboratory Porter And Shift Commander Must Be Qualified Security Employees With A Current Entry On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Employees - In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532). The Organization Of The Working Time Of The Contractors Employees Should Be In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Labor Code. Security Staff Should Be Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under A Minimum ½-Time Employment Contract. 2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Introduce Minor Changes During The Order Execution Time Regarding The Hours Indicated In The Work Hours For Individual Positions.3. Pursuant To Art. 281 Section 2 Points 7 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Performing The Service On Behalf Of The Contractor Be Employed By The Contractor Or A Subcontractor (Also A Further Subcontractor) Under An Employment Contract.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Perform The Services Listed In Point. 4 Only By Persons Employed By The Contractor Under An Employment Contract And Before Commencin
