The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Investor Supervision Over The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Skills Playground - Construction Of The Playground.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes Investor Supervision Of Construction Works Related To Land Development. The Scope Of Construction Works That Will Be Supervised Includes: 1) Preparatory Works Related To The Construction Site, 2) Performing Surveying Works - Marking Out The Land Development, 3) Leveling The Area, Spreading Out The Existing Slope, 4) Carrying Out Foundation Excavations For Land Development Elements, 5) Performing Foundation Works, 6) Installing Playground Equipment, 7) Installing Safe Surfaces, 8) Backfilling Excavations,9) Cleaning Of The Construction Site,10) Delivery And Installation Of An Information Board (After Prior Agreement On The Content),11) Construction Of Lawns And Planting Trees12) Preparation Of An Inventory Map.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 9.3. Construction Works Covered By Investor Supervision Are Described In The Following Documents: 1) Land Development Design - Annex No. 10, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 11, 3) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 12.4. Other Requirements And Notes.4.1. The Supervision Inspector Cannot Independently (Without The Consent Of The Ordering Party) Make Decisions That Have Financial Consequences For The Commune Of Ostrów Wielkopolski.4.2. Partial Offers Are Not Allowed. The Scope Of The Order Includes Investor Supervision Over Construction Works In The Construction Industry, Which Complement Each Other And Determine The Proper Execution Of The Works. Therefore, From An Engineering Point Of View, It Is Not Possible To Divide The Order Into Separate Stages So As Not To Cause Complications During The Execution Of The Order. Moreover, The Subject Of The Order May Be Performed Entirely By Smes.
