From The Area Of The Łabunie Commune. Respite Care Involves Relieving The Burden Of Family Members Or Guardians Of Disabled People (Listed In Point 3.1.2. Below) By Supporting Them In Daily Duties Or Providing Temporary Replacement By The Contractors Guardians.3.1.2. Additional Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Maximum Length Of Uninterrupted Provision Of Respite Care Services In The Form Of A Daily Stay At The Place Of Residence May Not Exceed 12 Hours For One Disabled Person. 3. The Parties Agree That The Scope Of Respite Care Services, Depending On The Individual Needs Of A Disabled Person, Includes: A) Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs B) Care Activities - Assistance In Meeting Physiological Needs: Taking To The Toilet, Putting On And Changing Absorbent Materials, Preventing The Formation Of Bedsores And Sores, Taking Care Of Personal Hygiene, Including: Washing, Combing, Shaving, Changing Bed Linen And Underwear, Dressing.C) Nutritional Activities: Preparing Or Assisting In The Preparation Of Meals (Including One Hot Meal), Delivering Ready-Made Meals, Feeding Peg.D) Household Activities: Bringing Fuel, Burning The Stove, Washing Clothes, Shopping, Cleaning.E) Reporting Medical Appointments And Laboratory Tests, Filling Prescriptions,F) Taking Care Of Taking Medications In Accordance With The Doctors Recommendations,G) Mobilizing The Patient To Actively Spend Free Time And Organizing It. 4.
