2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Aggregate With Continuous Grain Size 0-32 Mm (Dolomite) In A Total Amount Of 2,586.20 Tons And With Continuous Grain Size 0-22 Mm (Dolomite) With A Total Quantity Of 413.80 Tons, Together With Its Transport And Unloading In The City/Commune Of Opole Lubelskie And Profiling Of Municipal Roads - List Of Delivery Locations And Profiling Of The Mixture In Accordance With The Material Delivery Schedule Constituting Annex To The Contract.3. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively According To The Schedule Attached To The Contract, After The Ordering Party Submits A Periodic Demand For Delivery In Writing Or By Telephone, Specifying The Amount Of Material And The Place Of Delivery. Annex No. 5 To The Swz (Drafted Contractual Provisions) Specifies The Estimated Expected Number Of Tons Of Material For The Needs Of The Commune. Before Concluding The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Prepare An Annex To The Contract, According To The Template Attached To The Swz, I.E. A Material Delivery Schedule In The Commune In Accordance With The Demand. The Ordering Party Informs That The Attached Schedule Template May Be Changed, But The Number Of Tons Will Remain Unchanged.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Aggregate Within 2 Days Of Placing A Written Or Telephone Order By The Ordering Party Or Within Another Date Specified By The Ordering Party, Not Longer Than The Deadline Specified In The Swz As The Final Date For The Order Completion. 5. The Delivered Aggregate Should Correspond To The Order And Must Comply With Applicable Standards (Grade 1). 6. Profiling Of Municipal Roads Will Be Carried Out As Needed, After The Ordering Party Submits A Written Or Telephone Request, Specifying The Places Where The Road Will Be Profiled.7. Profiling Should Be Understood As The Distribution Of The Delivered Material And Its Spreading On The Indicated Road Section.8. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Certificates Or Quality Certificates For The Ordered And Delivered Materials.9. Control Weighing Will Be Subject To At Least 10% Of Deliveries. The Cost Of Check Weighing Is Covered By The Supplier.11. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterize Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Used In The Swz When Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires That Such Indication Be Treated As An Example And Allows The Submission Of Offers With Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Ensure Compliance Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Swz And Its Annexes.12. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Subcontractors. In Such A Situation, The Contractor: A) Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Form (Annex No. 1 To The Swz) The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide (If They Are Already Known To Him At This Stage) The Companies (Company Name) Of The Subcontractors; B) If The Contr
