1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation. 2 The Contractor Will Prepare Design Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Final Building Permit Decision And To Carry Out The Works, Which Includes: 2.1 Design Concept (Visualizations, Projections); 2.2 Construction Design (Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit); 2.3 Executive Design (Detailed Technical Solutions); 2.4 Industry Projects: 2.4.1 Architectural, 2.4.2 Construction, 2.4.3 Installation - Sanitary, 2.4.4 Electrical, 2.4.5 Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning - Hereinafter Referred To As Hvac). 3 The Prepared Cost Estimate Documentation Should Include: 3.1 Bills Of Quantities, 3.2 Investor Cost Estimates, 3.3 Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior). 4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions (E.G. Fire Protection, Sanitary Inspection) And Submit An Application For A Building Permit On Behalf Of The Investor. 5 The Subject Of This Order Is Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 5 To This Tor. 6 The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Guarantee: - For A Minimum Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Without Any Reservations By The Ordering Partys Representatives.
