The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Up-To-Date Geodetic Bases (Maps For Design Purposes) Necessary For The Development Of Design Documentation; 2) Development Of A Concept For The Development Of The Network Area Along With Technical Solutions; 3) Arrangements With The Property Owners Of The Sewage Network Route (Route), Location Of The Sewage Pumping Station With Power Supply, Fencing And Access, And Obtaining Consents From The Property Owners Through Which The Network Will Run. 4) Conducting Public Consultations With Residents In A Manner Agreed With The Ordering Party; 5) Preparing Geotechnical Documentation Or Geological And Engineering Documentation Of The Subsoil To The Extent Enabling The Determination Of Formations And Layers Of Soil Affecting The Construction Of The Sewage System; 6) Obtaining Geotechnical Opinions Or Geological And Engineering Documentation Depending On The Category Of Land; 7) Preparing An Application With Annexes And Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Decision On The Environmental Conditions For The Implementation Of The Investment - If Necessary Required;8) Obtaining, At Your Own Expense, All Legally Required Arrangements, Decisions, Permits, Maps, Etc.
