The Subject Of The Order Includes Successive Deliveries Of Construction Materials Intended For The Renovation Of Municipal Roads In The Płużnica Commune In 2026. It Includes Loading Of Materials, Transport In Reverse Self-Unloading Vehicles With A Tonnage Of Up To 30 Tons, And Unloading In A Temporary Storage Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Marl, Chalk Or Limestone In The Aggregate Composition. The Delivered Aggregate Must Have The Approvals, Certificates And Quality Certificates Required By Law, Corresponding To The Pn-En 13242+A1:2010 Standard Or Equivalent. The Aggregate Should Be Clean, Without Admixtures Of Undesirable Materials Such As Clay, Shale Rocks, Biological Material. If The Above-Mentioned Contaminants Are Found In The Content Of The Aggregate, The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept The Delivery. The Quantity And Place Of Delivery Will Be Determined Each Time By The Ordering Party By E-Mail. The Ordering Party Assumes That The Main Deliveries Of Aggregates Will Begin Immediately After Signing The Contract. The Aggregate Will Be Collected By The Ordering Party Or A Person Authorized By Him From 8.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M. On Working Days (Monday To Friday) On The Basis Of A Document - Wz Confirmed By The Signature Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Or Persons Authorized By Them. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check The Quality Of The Delivered Aggregate In A Laboratory Indicated By The Ordering Party, And Reserves The Right To Randomly Check The Tonnage Of The Delivered Aggregate And Compare It With The Delivery Document - Wz On A Scale Located Up To 10 Km Away From The Collection Point In One Direction. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Attach An Attestation And A Certificate Of Conformity Of The Delivered Aggregate. If The Declared Weight Is Found To Be Inconsistent With The Control Weighing Or If The Laboratory Test Confirms That The Delivered Aggregate Is Of Inappropriate Quality, The Contractor Will Bear The Costs Of Such Checks And Tests. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Choose The Laboratory Where The Test Will Be Carried Out. Type Of Aggregate: A) Limestone Aggregate Of The 0-31.5 Mm Fraction In An Amount Of 1,700 Tons, B) Washed Sand Of The 0.2-2 Mm Fraction In An Amount 195 Tons, C) Granite Fraction 0-31.5 Mm In The Amount Of 67.50 Tons, D) Rubble Fraction 0-50 Mm In The Amount Of 125 Tons
