The Scope Of Documentation Includes:• Construction Of A New Swimming Wing• Renovation Of An Existing Building. The Design Documentation Includes: 1) Design Concept. 2) Geological And Engineering Documentation Preceded By A Geological Works Project. 3) Land Development Design. 4) Architectural And Construction Design. 5) Technical Design Of All Required Industries. 6) Specification Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works. 7) Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities. 8) Design Of The Arrangement Of The Added Swimming Pool And Shower Tray. 9) Energy Audit. 10) Energy Efficiency Audit. 11) Ornithological Expertise. 12) Chiropterological Survey. 13) Designs Of Connections Or Their Reconstruction Agreed With The Network Operators.
