1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Permanent Maintenance Of Order And Cleanliness In Residential Buildings And Outdoor Areas Owned By Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Lokalowej W Świętochłowice Sp. Z O. O. 2. The Services Constituting The Subject Of This Agreement Will Be Provided In The Buildings And Areas Listed In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Address List), Which Are Administered By Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Lokalowej W Świętochłowice Sp. Z O. O. Through: 1) Administration Of Residential Homes No. 2 (Hereinafter Referred To As: Adm 2) – Ul. Wallisa 2, 41-605 Świętochłowice;2) Administration Of Residential Homes No. 3 (Hereinafter Referred To As: Adm 3) - Ul. Katowicka 33, 41-600 Świętochłowice.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Scope I - Maintaining Order And Cleanliness Inside Buildings (Including Staircases, Corridors, Basements, Drying Rooms, Attics, Bicycle Rooms, Wheelchair Rooms, Etc.). The Current Areas Covered By Scope I Amount To A Total Of 62,858.89 M2, Including: - Residential Houses Administration Area No. 2 (Hereinafter: Adm 2) - 41,605.76 M2; - Residential Houses Administration Area No. 3 (Hereinafter: Adm 3) - 21,253.13 M2.2) Scope Ii - Maintaining Order And Cleanliness Of External Areas, Including Snow Removal During The Period Winter. The Current Areas Covered By Scope Ii Amount To A Total Of 26,597.67 M2, Including: - Adm 2 Area - 18,910.67 M2; - Adm 3 Area - 7,687.00 M2.3) Scope Iii - Maintaining The Order And Cleanliness Of Green Areas. The Current Areas Covered By Scope Iii Amount To A Total Of 58,292.44 M2, Including: - Adm 2 Area - 36,663.44 M2; - Adm 3 Area - 21,629.00 M2.4) Scope Iv - Removal Of Large-Sized Mixed Waste And Other Waste Based On A Written Notification From The Administration Of Residential Houses No. 2 And 3. The Service Includes Loading And Removal (Transport) Waste To A Landfill, To The Municipal Hazardous And Bulky Waste Collection Point Or To The Selective Collection Point. The Estimated Amount Of Mixed Bulky Waste And Other Waste Is: 150 Tons.4. The Detailed Scope Of Services To Be Performed Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5. The Remaining Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.6. Employment Requirement Under An Employment Contract: The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277) Persons Designated To Perform The Order, Performing Activities In The Field Of Ongoing Maintenance Of Order And Cleanliness, Including Simple Works Consisting In Removing Dirt, Sweeping Surfaces Inside And Outside The Property, Washing Surfaces Inside The Property, In Accordance With The Scope Indicated In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Sopz.
