The Scope Of The Task Includes In Particular Part 1: Delivery Of Servers With Software1. Purchase Of A Server With Type I Software, 1 Piece, 2. Purchase Of A Server With Type Ii Software, 1 Pc.3. Purchase Of A Server With Type Iii Software, 1 Pc.4. Purchase And Implementation Of The Network Access Control 1 Set.5 Solution. Purchase Of Software For Archiving And Categorizing Logs, 1 Set.6. Purchase Of Software For Inventory And Protection Against Leakage Dlp 1 Set.1) As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes In Particular To: A) Deliver It Equipment And Software Specified In The Sopz, B) Install, Configure And Launch The Delivered Devices And Systems, C) Implement It Systems In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Sopz, D) Integrate The Provided Solutions With The Existing It Infrastructure Of The Ordering Party, If Required, E) Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Administrators In Scope Of Operation Of The Delivered Systems, If Such A Requirement Results From The Sopz, F) Providing Technical And Post-Implementation Documentation Regarding The Delivered Devices And Systems.2) The Ordering Party Requires That All Offered Devices Are Brand New, Unused, Not Regenerated, Complete, Manufactured No Earlier Than 12 Months Before Their Delivery, Delivered In The Original Packaging (The Packaging Must Be Intact And Protected By The Manufacturer). The Equipment Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Functional And Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel. The Use Of So-Called Devices Is Not Allowed. Refurbished. The Offered Devices Cannot Come From An Exhibition Or Exposition, They Must Be Complete, With The Cables Needed For Operation, With Appropriate Software, And Have The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law. 3) The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Software Be New, Unused, Not Previously Activated On Another Device, Delivered In The Latest Stable Version From The Official Distribution Channel Of The Software Manufacturer, And Not Encumbered With Third-Party Rights. The Delivered Software And All Its Media (If Any) Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects. 4) The Contractors Offer Must Include All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Its Delivery And Unloading At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Assembly, Configuration And Implementation. 4.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of Order And In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Attached To The Swz, Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
