Tenders Are Invited For Providing Psychological Services To Participants Of The Project Entitled Deinstitutionalization And Development Of Social Services In The Communes Of The Eastern Partnership Powiśle

1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Psychological Services For Project Participants - Residents Of The Dzierzgoń Commune. The Services In Question Are Provided As Part Of The Project Titled: Deinstitutionalization And Development Of Social Services In The Communes Of The Powiśle Eastern Partnership, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+), Under Priority 05. European Funds For A Socially Strong Pomerania, Measure 05.17. Social And Health Services Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program (Fep 2021-2027). The Aim Of The Project Is To Increase Access To Deinstitutionalized, Individualized And Integrated Social, Health And Family Support Services Provided In The Local Community, Based On The Diagnosis Of The Problem Situation In The Dzierzgoń Commune - In Accordance With The Substantive Scope Of Tasks And Staff Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Due To The Adopted Description Of The Project, Containing An Appropriate Division Of Tasks And Subtasks Described In The Project, In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order - The Description And Numbering Of Individual Tasks And Subtasks Refers To The Numbering Adopted In The Project Application. The Lack Of Continuity In Numbering Is Not A Recording Error, But Is Dictated By Concern For The Subsequent Fulfillment Of Contractual Conditions In The Scope Of The Project Financing Agreement And The Correctness Of Settlements With The Managing Authority. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8.4. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Note: If The Contractor Has Any Doubts Or Ambiguities Regarding The Above-Mentioned Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Then The Explanations, Clarifications And Additional Information Obtained During The Formal Procedure Of Possible Inquiries To The Swz Will Be Binding For The Final Resolution Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In This Matter And For The Preparation Of The Offer By The Contractor.
