The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection, Removal And Disposal Of Medical Waste With The Following Codes: 1) 18 01 01 – Surgical And Treatment Tools And Their Remains (Except 18 01 03), 2) 18 01 02* – Body Parts And Organs As Well As Containers For Blood And Preservatives Used For Its Storage (Except 18 01 03), 3) 18 01 03* – Other Waste That Contains Live Pathogenic Microorganisms Or Their Toxins And Other Forms Capable Of Transferring Genetic Material, Which Are Known Or There Are Reliable Grounds For Believing That They Cause Diseases In Humans And Animals (E.G. Infected Diapers, Sanitary Pads, Pads), Excluding 18 01 80 And 10 01 82.4) 18 01 82 - Residues From Feeding Patients From The Infectious Disease Ward,5) 18 01 04 - Waste Other Than Those Mentioned In 18 01 03.6) 18 01 09 - Medicines Other Than Those Mentioned In 18 01 08.7) 18 01 06 - Chemicals, Including Chemical Reagents Containing Hazardous Substances, 8) 18 01 08 - Cytotoxic And Cytostatic Drugs. Medical Waste Will Be Collected By The Contractor From The Room For Storing Medical Waste Located On The Hospital Property 3 Times A Week, At Least Every 72 Hours (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) And From A Designated Room In The Clinic Building Twice A Month During 07.00-14.35 (If Collection Falls On A Non-Working Day, Collection Will Take Place On The Next Business Day). In Unforeseen And Emergency Cases, The Contractor Will Provide The Service After Reporting By Telephone Or Electronically.7. The Waste Will Be Collected By The Contractor From The Property Of The Hospital In Ostróda S.A., Ul. Władysława Jagiełły 1, 14-100 Ostróda - Medical Waste Warehouse, In The Ordering Partys Containers (Containers) With A Capacity Of 240 Liters, 17 Pieces Intended For Collecting Medical Waste. Waste Collected From The Room In The Clinic Building Will Be Stored In A Refrigerator Clearly Marked As A Place For Storing Hazardous Waste At A Temperature Below 10 Degrees.
