Tenders Are Invited For D/38/2026 Purchase And Delivery Of Furniture And Medical Equipment For The Faculty Of Health Sciences Of The University Of Opole

Part No. 1 – Purchase And Delivery Of Screens And Iv Stands1. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.3. As Part Of The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Bring The Complete And Assembled (On-Site Assembly Is Allowed) Subject Of The Order (With Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order) To The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party, Within The Time Specified In Point. 8. If Additional Materials, Elements And Equipment Are Required For The Delivered Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Them As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer.4. The Contractor Must Offer To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Tor And Annexes And Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order With The Offer.5. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Relevant Standards And Have The Required Marketing Authorizations And Certificates (Including Ce Standards In Terms Of Safety). The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver A Brand New Item Of The Order (In Particular, Not Repaired, Not Refabricated, Not Exhibited, Not Previously Used) From Current Production And A Legal Distribution Channel, Efficient, Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials) And Compliant With Opz.6. The Contractor Provides: 12 Months Warranty For The Subject Of The Order.7. The Warranty Period Indicated In Point 6 Is The Minimum Period. The Contractor May Include In His Offer A Longer Warranty Period For The Offered Subject Of The Contract, But No Longer Than: 36 Months, Point 19.2.3. Swwill Comply.8. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Is: 28 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.9. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Point 8 Is The Maximum Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order. In The Offer, The Contractor May Indicate A Shorter Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order, But Not Shorter Than: 7 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Point 19.2.2.
