1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out Periodic Inspection Of The Technical Condition Of The Electrical And Lightning Protection Installations In Terms Of Protection Measures Against Electric Shocks, Insulation Resistance Of Wires And Grounding Of Installations And Devices In The Buildings Of The Faculty Of Mechanical Technology - Streets: Ludwika Narbutta 85, Ludwika Narbutta 86 And Konwiktorska 2 In Warsaw.2. As Part Of The Inspection, The Ordering Party Expects The Contractor To Prepare Reports On The Technical Condition Of The Electrical And Lightning Protection Installations For Each Building Separately.3. Checking Protection Against Electric Shock Applies To Basic Protection (Protection Against Direct Contact) And Protection Against Damage (Protection Against Indirect Contact).4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Electrical Distribution And Receiving Installation (Main Lv Switchgears, Multi-Story Switchboards - Zone, Area, Shaft And Dedicated, Wlz-Ts, Power Supply Circuits) And The Lightning Protection Installation.5. The Scope Of The Technical Inspection Includes: 1) Cutting Off The Power Supply To The Attic With Protection. 2) Replacing Fuses If They Need To Be Replaced. 3) Measurements Of Short-Circuit Loop Impedance For The Entire Installation In The Building. 4) Measurements Of The Operation Of Residual Current Circuit Breakers For The Entire Installation In The Building. 5) Measurements Of The Insulation Resistance Of Electrical Circuits In The Entire Building. 6) Measurements Of The Grounding Of The Electrical Installation In The Entire Building. 7) Measurements Of The Ground Resistance Lightning Protection.8) Inspection Of Switchboards With A Thermal Imaging Camera And Maintenance. 9) Checking The Operation Of Fire Protection Switches. 10) Partial Inventory Of The Electrical Installation In The Building, Including A Description Of Switchboards And Sockets. 11) Preparing A Block Diagram Of The Buildings Power Supply. 12) Preparing Post-Inspection Reports. 6. Checking The Effectiveness Of Protection Against Electric Shock In Basic And Emergency Lighting Circuits Should Be Performed For The First Luminaire In The Circuit.7. Within The Scope Of These Works, The Contractor Is Responsible For Making An Entry About The Inspection Carried Out In The Building Facility Book In Accordance With Art. 62B Section 1 Of The Construction Law And Preparation Of A General Protocol - A Decision On The Condition Of The Installation, Which Is An Annex To The Construction Book.8. Within The Scope Of This Work, The Contractor Is Responsible For Notifying The Competent Construction Supervision Authority About The Inspection Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 62B Section 2 Of The Construction Law. Notice Must Be Given In Writing.9. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
