Continuous Cleaning, Sanitizing, Conservation And Organization Services Of The Internal Dependencies Of Public Spaces Belonging To The Municipality Of Ibicare, With The Purpose Of Ensuring Adequate Conditions Of Cleanliness, Healthiness, Conservation, Organization And Use Of Public Facilities, Contributing To The Well-Being Of Servers, Users And Visitors.The Services Will Include, Among Other Related Activities Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of Institutional Environments: - Sweeping, Washing And Maintenance Of Floors; - Cleaning And Sanitizing Of Toilets; - Cleaning Of Furniture, Doors, Partitions, Internal Glass And Other Surfaces; - Cleaning And Organization Of Offices, Administrative Rooms And Circulation Areas; - Removal, Collection, Packaging And Proper Disposal Of Waste, Observing Current Environmental Regulations; - Replacement And Organization Of Hygiene Materials; - Execution Of Pantry Services, Including Preparation Of Coffee And Simple Foods, When Necessary, To Serve Servers Or Visitors; - Carrying Out Other Routines Necessary To Maintain Adequate Cleaning, Organization And Hygiene Conditions In Institutional Environments. Services Must Be Carried Out From Monday To Friday, At Times Compatible With The Operation Of Municipal Public Buildings, Ensuring Full Compliance With Cleaning And Maintenance Routines. For The Purpose Of Sizing The Proposal, An Operational Effort Is Estimated Equivalent To Up To 40 (Forty) Hours Per Week Per Worker, Constituting Such A Reference As A Mere Estimative Parameter For The Composition Of Costs, Not Characterizing A Fixed Work Position, Exclusive Dedication Or Control Of Working Hours By The Administration Publica. Up To 10 (Ten) Workers May Be Used Per Day, Depending On The Need For The Services.
