How to apply Interested Bidders should fill the following link: Non-Food Items (NFI) BID Fill out form Bidders to provide, their bids and documents as per the below specifications. Once completed all to be uploaded Into the MS office online form. 1 Supplier registration form: Filled, signed and stamped, supported with the following documents: The company legal registration documents and VAT certificate Company portfolio Proof of Company bank account in USD, approved from the Bank (Online bank account approval is acceptable) Bank statements for 1 year, Experience in similar projects at similar scale, by providing reference letters and/or project completion certificates. Medair Code of Ethics Please read sign and stamp RFX: Filled signed and stamped in PDF format and excel format Delivery lead time (please fill it in the RFX column offered delivery date) Medair asks suppliers to submit price for an average 5 metric ton per trip to our response sites (Saida, Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Central, West and North Bekaa) Product Brand (please fill in the RFX column Brand and submit photos of the content of the kit) Product Country of origin of each item (please fill in the RFX column Country of origin) Payment terms (please fill it in the RFX column payment terms). Medair expects the suppliers to store the supplies at their warehouse and their cost. 2 General Note If Medair decides during the evaluation process to ask for Free samples then it would be provided to Medair Zahle office (Zahle-Ksara main road Choco-Crepe Building 3rd floor), or depending on the project Medair will decide to visit the supplier office. Medair will Sign Framework agreements with the suppliers/contractors, Medair might select more than one supplier/contractor for each activity Suppliers can quote for one item or couple of items or all items. Subcontracting is not allowed and it will lead to breach of contract. Quantities provided are for quotation and framework agreement purposes. Orders will be based on assessed quantities.
