Tenders are invited for Graphic Designer. General Information Justice without Frontiers (JWF), a dynamic active local non-governmental juristic organization founded in Beirut in 2005, is deeply committed to championing human rights, justice, democracy, peace, and the rule of law. Over the last decade, JWFs impactful work has addressed crucial initiatives, from addressing Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (S/GBV) to empowering womens access to justice, advocating for marginalized individuals, combating human trafficking, and more. This consultancy is conducted under the project Together for Access to Justice. This project is part of the Expertise France - Women Empowerment Hub in Lebanon (WE-HUB), financed by the Neighborhood, Development, and International Cooperation Instrument (NDICI-Global Europe) under the European Commission. 2- Request: The Graphic Designer will create a cohesive set of materials, including 1 booklet, poster, brochure, invitation card, infographic. The candidate should have experience in print and digital design, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent materials for Justice Without Frontiers within the agreed timeline. Scope of work and deliverables The Graphic Designer Consultant will be responsible for: Designing 1 booklet (A5, around 30-35 pages) with layout, visuals, and key content. Designing 1 brochure (1plis, recto/verso) to present key messages clearly. Designing 1 poster for promotion or visibility purposes. Designing 1 infographic to summarize information visually. Designing 1 invitation card. Providing editable source files and print-ready PDFs for all materials. Making multiple revisions based on feedback from the Justice Without Frontiers team. Ensuring all designs are suitable for both print and digital use. Skills and Experience required Experience in designing publications such as booklets, brochures, posters, and invitations, preferably in the nonprofit organization sector. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Understanding layout principles, typography, visual hierarchy, and print production requirements. Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear and engaging visual formats. Knowledge of print and digital formatting, ensuring designs are optimized for both print production and digital distribution Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
