Tenders are invited for Comprehensive Mapping of Disability Service Providers and Stakeholders to Support the Development of Two Pilot Referral Mechanisms in Jenin & Tulkarem Disability Services Mapping Jenin & Tulkarem University degree in social sciences, international development, public health, rehabilitation, disability studies, development studies, or a directly related field. · Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Protection, Disability Inclusion, and Service Mapping. · For organizations: The organization should have expertise in social sciences, international development, public health, rehabilitation, disability studies, development studies, or a closely related field, and an extensive number of years of demonstrated experience in Protection, Disability Inclusion, and Service Mapping. · Deep understanding of the UNCRPD, AICS procedures, and the IASC Guidelines on Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in Humanitarian Action. · Proven track record of working in the West Bank (specifically Northern Governorates) and familiarity with the Cluster System. · Demonstrated and verifiable experience conducting mapping studies, needs assessments, applied qualitative/quantitative research, and data analysis. · Strong and up-to-date knowledge of the West Bank context and the disability services landscape in the West Bank, particularly in the northern governorates (Jenin and Tulkarem). · Experience designing and facilitating focus group discussions and semi-structured interviews. · Fluency in Arabic and full professional proficiency in English. · Commitment to a rights-based, inclusive approach to disability, with demonstrated sensitivity to gender and protection issues.
