Tenders are invited for Construction of Roads (Mowo Link Agemowo Road), Construction of Primary Health Center, (Morogbo), Construction of Town Hall (Aradagun). Prospective Bidders are expected to submit: 1. Cover/Bid Letter duly signed by the companys authorized signatory indicating area of interest. 2. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). 3. Current Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three years (2023, 2024 and 2025). 4. Company profile and organization structure with the CV of key personnel with professional certificate. 5. Possession of experience as a Prime Contractor/Consultant/ Supplier in at least TWO (2) projects of similar nature and complexity with verifiable letters of contracts award and certificate of job completion within the last FIVE (5) years from 2021. 6. Evidence of Technical capacity (list of equipment, staffing etc.) 7. Companys Audited Account for the year (2023, 2024 and 2025) 8. Evidence of company registration/renewal with Olorunda LCDA. 9. Evidence of technical partnership (manufacture authorization where necessary). 10. In case of joint venture, the company shall provide evidence of the joint venture agreement executed by all parties in the joint venture. 11. Performance bond issued by bank or certified insurance company. 12. Prospective bidders should procure bidding documents at Olorunda LC.D.A, Iworo, Badagry, Lagos. 13. Exact verifiable location and full address/contact, telephone number and E-mail address of the authorized representation. 14. Verifiable evidence of registration/renewal with Lagos Public Procurement Agency. 4.0. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS A complete set of Bidding Document is obtainable from the Procurement Office, Olorunda L.C.D.A, Iworo, after payment of N50, 000.00 non-refundable. 5.0. SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS Interested companies should forward TWO (2) copies of Bid Letter (containing Requirements) in a sealed envelope and addressed to: The Executive Chairman, Olorunda L.C.D.A., Iworo, Badagry. Lagos. 6.0 CLOSING DATE All bids must be hand delivered on or before Monday, 20th April, 2026 at 2:00pm, Procurement Unit, Olorunda LCDA, Iworo, Badagry, Lagos. 7.0 OPENING OF DOCUMENT Bids will be opened immediately by 2:00pm immediately after the close of submission on Monday, 20th April, 2026 at the Council Chamber.
