Expression of Interest for POS-Data Based Loan Product and Scorecard Design, Pilot, Launch and Optimization The Overall Purpose of this Assignment is to Design an End-To-End Product and Scoring Framework for Point-Of-Sales (Pos) Data Based Merchant Lending Product that is Risk-Adjusted, Compliant, and Commercially Viable. Specific Objectives for Phase I: Pos-Based Merchant Lending (Cash Advance) Product & Scorecard Design and Development Design Complete Pos-Lending Product Specifications and Merchant Journey. Develop and Validate a Merchant Credit Scorecard Using Transactional Data from Pos Systems. Create an Operational Framework with Legal, Technological, and Compliance Requirements. Prepare an Implementation Roadmap for Phase Ii. Specific Objectives for Phase Ii: Pos-Based Merchant Lending (Cash Advance) Product & Scorecard Pilot, Launch and Optimization Integrate All Pos, Cbs, and Card Systems with Loan Origination and Scoring Engines. Conduct Pilots across Three Merchant Segments (Pos, Micro, Sme). Launch the Product at Full Scale with Risk Monitoring Tools. Optimize Scorecard and Product Features Based on Performance Data.
