Computer Audit Services - Actions Increasing The Level Of Hospital Cybersecurity - Final Audit Of The Effectiveness Of The Implemented Solutions In Copernicus Pl Sp. Z O. O. In Gdańsk. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide An Audit Service Of The Effectiveness Of The Implemented Solutions Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity At Copernicus Pl Sp. Z O. O. 2. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of 1 Part: A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In: 1) Annex No. 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). 2) Annex No. 3 To Swz - Draft Agreement 3. The Offered Items Of The Order Must Be Admitted For Trading And Use In Accordance With Applicable Law. 4. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Or Indicates Trademarks, Parameters Or Sources Of Origin (Names Of Manufacturers Or Devices), In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Order Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Impose The Requirements Referred To In Art. 96 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Purchased Assortment Complies With The Principle Of Doing No Significant Harm To The Environment (Dnsh). 8. Source Of Financing For The Public Procurement: The Order Is Financed Under Investment D1.1.2. “Accelerating The Processes Of Digital Transformation Of Health Care Through Further Development Of Digital Services In Health Care (Competitive Recruitment).” Implemented As Part Of The National Recovery And Resilience Plan. 9. The Contractor May Be Obliged To Provide Documents Confirming The Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular For The Purpose Of Presenting The Institution Controlling The Implementation Of The Kpo Project, At Every Stage Of Contract Implementation After Its Conclusion.
