The Requested Services Have As Their Objective The Provision Of Specialized Security, Monitoring And Intervention Services Under The Conditions Of Law No. 333/2003 Regarding The Protection Of Objectives, Assets, Values And The Protection Of Persons Republished, From The S.T.T. Timisoara. The Specialized Security, Monitoring And Intervention Services Will Have The Following Objectives: A) Ensuring Intervention In The Event Of An Incident On Time And With The Necessary Capacity; B) Access Control In Objectives In Accordance With C.N.T.E.E. Procedures. Transelectrica S.A.; C) Ensuring The Protection Of Goods And People In The Objectives; E) Environmental Protection; F) Protection Of Intellectual Property; G) Ensuring A Capacity To Supplement Resources For Limited Periods In The Event Of An Event (E.G. An Increase In The Level Of Terrorist Alert); H) Use Of The Integrated Security System Of The Objective At The Level Of Effectiveness And Efficiency Designed To Ensure The Quality Of Services; I) Regional Integration Of Security Services In Order To Effectively Dimension Resources And Synchronize Security And Intervention Activities With C.N.T.E.E. Activities. Transelectrica S.A.; J) The Use Of Own Regional Dispatches For The Integration Of Security And Intervention Services; K) The Use Of Qualified Security Personnel, By Ensuring The Competences From The Point Of View Of Safety And Health At Work And The Specifics Of The Activities And Installations Of Cntee Transelectrica S.A.; L) Providing The Beneficiarys Representatives And The Competent Authorities With Information Related To Incidents That Occurred During The Security Activity; M) The Security Service Providers Participation In The Damage Caused By An Incident If The Service Was Not Performed According To The Contract, By Ensuring Compensation Resources From The Performance Guarantee.
