Aok Plus Supports Health-Promoting Activities In Companies With Behavioral And Relationship Preventative Interventions. The Aim Is To Specifically Improve The Individual Behavior Of Employees As Well As The Working Conditions And The Operational Environment And To Promote The Long-Term Health Of All Employees. With The Help Of Specific Programs, Employees Are Empowered To Self-Determined And Goal-Oriented To Improve And Secure Their Health Skills In The Areas Of Exercise, Mental Health, Nutrition And Addiction, As Well As To Avoid Or Reduce Negative Consequences For Physical And Mental Health Due To Chronic Occupational Stress As Well As Personal Risks Or Risky Behavior. By Means Of Specific Trial Offers, A Companys Workforce Is Intended To Be Sensitized And Informed About Various Health Topics. For Example, As Part Of A Company Health Day, These Specific Trial Offers Should Be Offered In A Simple, Low-Threshold And Needs-Oriented Manner And The Importance Of Employee Health Should Also Be Brought Into Focus. The Cooperation Partner Implements This In A Needs-Oriented Manner And Advises On Health-Promoting Lifestyles And Ways Of Working In Accordance With The Service Description (Appendix 1 Of The Participation Application). The Contract Is Concluded As Part Of A So-Called Open House Procedure, I.E. H. A Cooperation Agreement Is Concluded With Each Interested Company That Meets The Participation Requirements, Specifying Uniform Conditions And A Uniform Access Procedure. The Purchase Quantity Is Unknown When The Agreement Is Concluded And Depends In Particular On The Needs Of The Corporate Customer As Well As The Selection From The Cooperation Partners Contractually Bound Within The Framework Of This Process, Which Only The Corporate Customer Makes.
