Team Coaching Municipality Of Venlo With This Tender, The Municipality Of Venlo Wants To Conclude A Framework Agreement For Team Coaching (Facilitating Team Development) With In Principle Three (3) Contractors. The Assignment Focuses On Strengthening The Learning And Change Capacity Of Teams Through Action Learning And Organizational Learning, Structurally Embedded In Daily Work Practice. Team Coaching Is Used As A Means To Support Teams In Dealing With Complexity, Change And Uncertainty, And To Contribute To An Agile, Learning Organizational Culture. Purpose Of The Assignment The Purpose Of The Assignment Is To Support Teams In Their Development, So That They Are Able To Reflect, Experiment And Continuously Improve. Teams Learn To Take Ownership Of Their Performance And Development, Both Individually And Collectively. Scope Of The Assignment The Contractor Is Responsible For Designing, Preparing, Implementing And Evaluating Team Development Processes Aimed At Strengthening The Learning And Change Capacity Of Teams. The Service Includes At Least The Following Components: • Guiding Teams In Identifying And Developing Current And Real Issues From Their Own Work Practice; • Facilitating Learning Processes That Take Place During And Around Daily Work (Learning On The Job / Experience-Oriented Learning); • Supporting Teams In Formulating Concrete Learning Questions And Learning Objectives, Appropriate To Team And Organizational Goals; • Guiding Teams In Designing, Carrying Out And Evaluating Experiments, Action Research And Improvement Actions In Practice; • Facilitating Reflection On Individual And Collective Behavior, Underlying Patterns And Cooperation; • Strengthening Feedback Culture And Mutual Trust Within Teams; • Making Explicit, Recording And Providing Feedback On Learning Outcomes To The Team And Client, With An Eye For Organization-Wide Learning Values.
