Motor Vehicles – Supply And Maintenance Of Trucks, Primarily Electric. The Subject Of This Tender Concerns The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With One (1) Partner In The Field Of Supply And Maintenance Of Trucks, Primarily Electric. The Partner Is Able To Advise The Contracting Authority On And Provide For The Supply Of And Maintenance Of (Primary) Electric Trucks In Different Weight Classes And Versions, Whether Or Not Through The Use Of Subcontractors Or Collaborating Parties. The Assignment Includes The Supply And Maintenance, Through A Repair And Maintenance Contract, Of High-Quality (Primary) Electric Trucks And The Provision Of Expert Advice On The Use, Further Development And Market Developments Of These Assets. The Partner Has Demonstrable Knowledge And Experience In The Supply Of (Electric) Trucks And Can Respond To Various Operational And Policy Mobility Needs Within The Municipality Of Venlo. The Assignment Concerns A Framework Agreement Where There Is No Guaranteed Purchase, Turnover And/Or Other Guarantees. It Is Currently Expected That A Reduction Of Approximately 1 To A Maximum Of 8 Trucks Will Take Place During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. This Purchase May Relate To Different Types And Implementation Variants, Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Total Value Of The Agreement Amounts To A Maximum Of €7,000,000 (7 Million Euros) Excluding Vat. This Amount Applies As A Ceiling Amount For The Entire Term Of The Agreement, Including Any Extensions. The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Rights From The Agreement Insofar As The Actual Purchase Is Lower Than This Amount.
