Survey Services – Acquisition Of Survey Research Services. The City Of Vantaa Requests An Offer For The Procurement Of Survey Research Services. The City Of Vantaa Annually Conducts Several Resident And Customer Surveys Of Different Sizes And Aimed At Different Target Groups. To Meet This Need, A Service Provider Is Tendered For The Development Of Surveys In Cooperation With The Customer, For The Planning And Implementation Of Surveys That Apply The Customers Internal Instructions, And For The Analysis And Reporting Of The Results. From The Perspective Of Service Development And Targeting, It Is Important To Regularly Receive Information About Residents And Customers Needs And Experiences Related To Services. The Goal Is Also To Get Information About What Their Experience Of The Effectiveness Of The Services Is Like, I.E. Whether The Service Has Produced Added Value For Them. It Must Be Noted That The Customer May Deal With The Same Service In Different Channels (E.G. Online Service, Telephone Service And Office) – Information Is Needed Both From The Different Touch Points Of The Services And Regarding The Entire Service. Surveys Carried Out By Different Industries Of The City Of Vantaa Can Be Of Different Types. The Needs Can Vary From Measuring Customer Satisfaction Implemented With Large Samples To City-Level Surveys Implemented With Random Sampling, As Well As Surveys That Aim To Reach Especially Challenging Target Groups In A More Targeted Manner (E.G. Foreign Speakers, Young People). The Object Of The Procurement Is A Service That Includes The Planning, Implementation, Analysis And Reporting Of The Results Of Surveys And/Or Measurements. The Service That Is The Object Of The Procurement Can Be Targeted At One Or More Main Work Phases On A Case-By-Case Basis. In Other Words, The Subscriber Can Purchase As A Service, For Example, Only Data Collection Or A Service Package Containing All The Main Work Steps. Assignments Are Based On The Customers Written Order. The Order Defines The Need For Measuring The Survey Research And Analysis Services, The Target Group, And The Contact Persons On The Part Of The Customer. To Meet This Need, A Service Provider Is Tendered For The Development, Implementation And Analysis And Reporting Of The Survey. A More Detailed Description Of The Service To Be Ordered Is Described In Appendix 2 Service Description. The Contract Of The City Of Vantaa Can Be Used By All Industries Of The City Of Vantaa. The Contract Is Made For A Fixed Period Of Two Years. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract With Two (2) One (1) Year Options. The Terms Of The Contract Are Described In More Detail In Annex 1 Draft Contract To The Request For Tenders. The Estimated Start Date Of The Contract Period Is June 15, 2026. The Customer Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities During The Contract Period.
