Architectural Design Services – 2025-207 New Cargo Terminal - Architect. Sre Intends To Move The Current Klm Cargo Buildings 1-3 To Create Space For The Further Development Of Schiphol Center. As A Replacement, Sre Is Building A New Cargo Terminal For Klm At Schiphol East. This Is A Modern And Sustainable Cargo Building With A Size Of Approximately 70,000 To 80,000 M², Designed To Optimally Support Klms Cargo Operations For The Long Term. The Design Emphatically Places Functionality Above Aesthetics, In Keeping With The Logistical Character Of The Freight Building. The Assignment Concerns The Architectural And Constructional Elaboration From The So (Sketch Design) Based On The Program Of Requirements (Hereinafter Referred To As Pve) And Conceptual Design, Drawn Up In Collaboration With The Future Tenant, Up To And Including An Integral Tender-Ready Design (To) Including Specifications. The Buildings Floor Areas Will Be Between 70,000 And 80,000 M2. Furthermore, The Activities Include: • Facilitating Obtaining And Promoting Positive Decision-Making By Both Client And Tenant With Regard To Phase Completion And Design Proposals; • Design Coordination In The Consultant Team; • Involvement During The Construction Phase Up To And Including Delivery And Aftercare; • Availability To Implement Design Changes; • Design Within The Frameworks: At Least Breeam Excellent, Further Specified In The Program Of Requirements; • Connection Of The Building To The Layout Of The Site Area To Be Built On; • Ensure Aesthetic Construction Supervision; • Support For Management And Supervision; • The Contractor Produces And Checks The Working Drawings For The Implementation Together With The Other Consultants; • The Safety And Security Concept Is Formulated, If Applicable, In Consultation With Sre. The Assignment Includes The Following Tasks And Responsibilities: The Future Contractor And The Consultants To Be Contracted Will Work Closely With The Sre Specialists. An Exact Demarcation Of The Activities Will Be Enclosed With The Invitation To Tender. Sre Intends To Commission The Entire Design Assignment, But The Assignment Will Be Awarded In The Following Seven Sub-Phases In Accordance With Dnr2011: Sketch Design, Preliminary Design, Final Design, Technical Design, Environmental Permit, Tender And Implementation Design. Sre Reserves The Right To Adjust (Parts Of) The Assignment, As Well As Ultimately Not To Provide One Or More Parts Of The Assignment.
