Delivery, Installation And Warranty Maintenance Of Furniture And Equipment Needed For The Surgical Diseases And Oncology Clinic At The Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich Ad Umbal. In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of The Documentation, The Contracting Authority Has Indicated The Materials From Which The Furniture And Equipment Must Be Made, As Well As Specific Colors. The Furniture And Equipment Subject To This Order Are Additionally Needed For The Clinic For Surgical Diseases And Oncology. The Same Must Correspond In Color And Design To The Major Renovation Of The Same Clinic After A Public Procurement Held In 2023, As Well As To Match In Design, Color, Material And Details Of The Already Available Furniture In This Clinic, Delivered And Installed After A Public Procurement For The Supply Of Furniture For The Same Clinic Held In 2025, With Tin In Cis 00536-2025-0023. As A Result Of The Renovation, Colored Flooring Has Been Laid, Walls And Ceilings Have Been Painted In A Corresponding Color, And Color-Coded Interior Doors Are Also Available. It Is Necessary That The Furniture, The Subject Of This Order, Correspond In Design And Color To The Already Laid Flooring And Painted Walls And Ceilings In The Premises Of The Clinic, In Order To Achieve An Aesthetic Solution To The Overall Look Of The Clinic, And By Specifying The Material From Which The Furniture Will Be Made - To Achieve High Quality, Resistance And Durability Of This Furniture, Consistent With The Already Made And Installed Ones, As Well As Compliance With The Existing Ones Already Made Of The Material Specifically Specified By The Contracting Authority Clinic Furniture. Due To The Objective Circumstances Stated Above, Which Lead To The Need To Specify Specific Materials And Colors, The Contracting Authority Considers That The Requirements Formulated In The Technical Specification Do Not Lead To An Unjustified Restriction Of Competition And/Or An Unjustified Advantage To Participants. Pursuant To The Provision Of Art. 48 Para. 2 Of The Zop To Be Considered Added Or Equivalent Everywhere In The Documentation For Participation And Its Annexes, Where There Is An Indication Of A Register, A Document For The Right To Perform A Specific Activity Or A Legal Basis For Performing A Specific Activity, Depending On The Legislation Of The Country In Which The Foreign Participant Is Established. If Somewhere In The Documentation And Technical Specification Is Indicated: A Specific Model, Source, Process, Trademark, Type, Patent, Origin, Standard Or Production, Etc., The Contracting Authority On The Basis Of Art. 50 Par. 1 Of The Zop Will Accept Any Offer If The Participant Proves With Any Relevant Document That The Solution Proposed By Him Meets The Requirements In An Equivalent Manner. Type Of Public Procurement And Legal Basis For Opening The Procurement: Open Procedure Under The Public Procurement Act. The Deadline For The Performance Of The Delivery And Installation Activities Is Up To 30 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of The Assignment Letter Received By The Contractor From The Contracting Authority For The Performance Of The Activities Under
