The Subject Of The Performance Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Work: Project And Related Activities Necessary For Pre-Project And Project Preparation And For The Selection Of The Contractor For The Implementation Of The Construction Innovation Of The V406 Line Between Ružomberok And Est Liptovská Mara Including Possible Modifications, Or Repositioning Of Crossed 110 Kv And 22 Kv Lines And Line Elements Of The Infrastructure (Gas Pipelines, Water Pipes, Cable And Optical Distributions And Others) As Follows: 1.1 Ensuring Project Activities For The Development Of The Construction Plan For The Construction Innovation Of The V406 Line Between Ružomberok And Est Liptovská Mara In The Scope Of Min.: 1.1.1 Development Of The Construction Plan By An Authorized Designer, Including Related Activities (Development Of A Proposal For Installation Of Line Masts As A Basis For Securing The Property Rights Of The Construction Site, Geodetic Orientation Of The Longitudinal Profile Of The Line, Orientation Of Objects In The Protection Zone, Laying Out Underground Networks) To The Extent Necessary For The Issuance Of A Decision On The Construction Plan For Newly Built Linear Structures. During The Development Of The Construction Plan, Cooperation With The Contractor Of The Engineering Activities Of The Construction In Question And With The Environmental Impact Assessment (Eia) Of The Construction In Question Pursuant To Act No. 24/2006 Coll., Vol. J. Respecting The Measures And Conditions Resulting From The Binding Opinion From The Investigative Procedure Issued By The Ružomberok District Office, Department Of Environmental Care. 1.1.2 The Documentation Will Be Processed To A Minimum Extent In Accordance With Annex No. 5, Which Is An Integral Annex To The Contract For The Work. 1.2 Ensuring Project Activities For The Development Of The Construction Project For The Construction Innovation Of The V406 Line Between Ružomberok And Est Liptovská Mara In The Scope Of Min.: 1.2.1 Development Of The Construction Project By An Authorized Designer, Including Related Activities In The Scope Necessary For The Issuance Of Compliance Clauses And Verification Clauses To The Construction Project For Newly Built Line Structures: 1.2.1.1 Geodetic Documentation, Delineation Of Mast Locations For The Geologist, 1.2.1.2 Documentation On The Execution Of An Engineering-Geological Survey, Detailed Geological Survey, 1.2.1.3 Documentation Of Possible Modifications, Or Laying Of Crossed 110 Kv And 22 Kv Lines, 1.2.1.4 Calculations Of Dangerous And Interference Effects On Low-Current Equipment And Pipelines, 1.2.1.5 Preparation Of An Expert Study With Calculation And Evaluation Of The Expected Level Of Noise, Electric And Magnetic Fields Along The Entire Length Of The Line In Relation To Compliance With The Hygiene Limits Given By The Applicable Implementing Legislation. The Results Will Be Reflected In The Form Of Influencing The Projected Construction (E.G. Influencing The Height Of Masts, Possibly Adjusting The Line Route) So That The Operation Of The Proposed Activity Is In Accordance With Hygienic Limits, Without Possible Negative Influence On The Health Of The Population, 1.2.1.6 Projects Of Induced Investments (Modification Of Signaling Lines, Lv, Vv And Vv Lines, Pipelines And Security Devices). 1.2.2 The Documentation Will Be Processed To A Minimum
