This Is A European Public Tender From The Radboud University Medical Center Foundation, Hereinafter Referred To As Radboud University Medical Center. The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Select And Contract One (1) Entrepreneur For The Supply Of Breast Implants, Tissue Expanders And Sizers For The Plastic Surgery Department Of Radboud University Medical Center. The Deliveries Of Breast Implants, Tissue Expanders And Sizers Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements And Wishes In The Tender Documents. Continuous Attention Will Also Have To Be Paid To Sustainability In Services Throughout The Entire Term Of The Agreement, Including By Implementing The Green Deal On Sustainable Care That Radboudumc Has (Co-) Signed And Its Own Sustainability Policy 2021-2025, Which Was Drawn Up In Consultation With Radboud University. The Intended Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is Three (3) Years, Subject To An Optional (To Be Exercised Unilaterally By Radboud University Medical Center) Extension Of A Maximum Of One (1) X One (1) Year. The Total Contract Duration Is Therefore A Maximum Of Four (4) Years.
