Construction Work – Reconstruction Of Object No. 27. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of Building No. 27, Kutuzovova 8, Bratislava, Including The Development Of Project Documentation For All Building Objects (Functional Units) That This Reconstruction Includes: The Objective Of The Reconstruction Of Object No. 27 Is The Elimination Of The Emergency State Of The Building, The Modification Of The Layout And Operational Arrangement Of The Building According To The Current Needs Of The User With The Creation Of A Fully Usable Attic, The Modernization Of The Building And The Increase Of The Comfort Of Its Use. Part Of This Reconstruction Is The Connection Of The Reconstructed Building To Utility Networks By Reconstruction Or The Construction Of New Connections, The Connection Of The Reconstructed Building To The Connecting Corridor With The Adjacent Building, The Construction Of A Parking Facility Near The Reconstructed Building, The Reconstruction / Construction Of New Paved Areas And The Modification Of Green Areas Near The Reconstructed Building With The Addition Of Fencing. The Work Will Also Include The Removal Of The Original Reinforced Areas Around The Building, Which Will Be In Conflict With The Proposed Reconstruction And Its New Construction Objects. From An Operational Point Of View, We Divide The Volume Of Work Into Five Separate Construction Objects. Reconstruction Of Object No. 27 Parking Facility Paved Areas Garden Improvements Fencing An Integral Part Of This Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Published Study, Which Contains A Detailed Description Of The Requirements For The Subject Of The Contract. In Accordance With The Contractual Rules Of The Fidic Yellow Book, The Contractor Will Deliver The Project Documentation, Including The Awarded Statement Of Dimensions, Based On The Study Prepared By The Company Amberg Engineering Slovakia, S.R.O. In 09/2025, According To Which The Relevant Building Authority Permits The Construction And The Contractor Subsequently Implements And Approves The Construction. The Documentation Will Be At The Level Of The Construction Project In The Details Of The Implementation Project. The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Engineering For Both The Demolition Permit And The Construction Permit, During The Implementation And For The Approval Of The Construction. The Contractor Will Implement The Construction According To The Verified Construction Project And In Accordance With The Building Permit And Will Ensure Its Approval. Removal Of The Original Reinforced Surfaces (Or Further Demolition Work) Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor In Accordance With The Demolition Permit.
