Gas Oils – Máv Group Integrated Fuel Procurement. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Procedure Is The Procurement Of Fuel By Road Tanker And Rail Tanker For The Duration Of The Contract Within The Framework Of A Purchase And Sale Agreement For Máv Magyar Államvasutak Zrt., Máv Pályamöködtessi Zrt., Máv Sézenomvászátsi Zrt. And Volántours Kft. (Hereinafter: Bidder, Ak). The Tenderer Means The Following By Fuel: 1. Diesel: Msz En 590 Standard And Extra Winter (Deep-Freeze) Diesel According To Msz En 590 Annex M3 Standard, 3. Motor Gasoline (Esz 95): Msz En 228 Standard, 4. Motor Gasoline (Esz 100): Msz En 228 Standard, Fuel According To Msz En 228 Standard, Or In Case Of Change, The Hungarian Valid At The Time Of Delivery Fuel That Meets The Parameters And Quality Requirements Set Out In The Standard. Fuels Must Comply With Regulation 17/2017 On The Quality Requirements Of Motor Fuels. (V. 26.) To The Regulations Contained In The Nfm Decree, To The Requirements Of The Standards In Force In Hungary At All Times. Based On The Framework Contract To Be Concluded, The Tenderer May Place Orders Up To A Maximum Of 480,648,001 Liters Of Fuel. (Frame Quantity). Tenderer Kbt. With Regard To § 58 Paragraph (1), The Bidder May Deviate From The Total Contractual Quantity (I.E. The Framework Quantity) (Quantity Deviation) And, Based On The Contract To Be Concluded, Undertakes Only To Place Ad Hoc Orders At Least Up To 70% (I.E. Up To 336,453,601 Liters) Of The Maximum Quantity Specified In The Framework Contract Above (I.E. 480,648,001 Liters) Row. With Regard To The Framework Contract, The Joint Bidders Wish To Enter Into A Contract For The Transport Of The Following Fuel In Accordance With The Specifications Contained In The Technical Description By Rail Tanker And Road Tanker. The Planned Breakdown By Type Of Fuel Is As Follows: Diesel: 461,772,001 Liters (Of Which 29,222,700 Liters Are Expected To Be Extra Winter Diesel) Motor Gasoline (Esz 95): 16,366,785 Liters Motor Gasoline (Esz 100): 2,509,215 Liters For Definition. The Bidder Does Not Undertake To Call For The Approximate Quantity Calculated For Each Item, The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Fulfill The Contract In Accordance With The Bidders Case-By-Case Orders. The Planned Distribution According To The Mode Of Transport Is As Follows: Quantity Of Purchase Planned For Transport By Road Tanker: 395,733,000 Liters (82.3 %) Quantity Of Purchase Planned For Transport By Rail Tanker: 84,915,001 Liters (17.7 %) Total: 480,648,001 Liters (100 %) Have Been Defined As Assistance To Be Provided For Pricing, For Which The Tenderer Does Not Undertake Any Obligations, The Winning Tenderer Is Obliged To Perform The Contract In Accordance With The Tenderers Case-By-Case Orders.
