The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Low-Carbon Assessment Tool For Town Planning As A Saas Service, Which Is A Browser-Based Software Service Delivered Via A Data Network For Assessing The Climate Effects Of Land Use Plans, And With Which The Subscriber Can Evaluate And Compare The Climate Effects Of Land Use Plans At The Town Plan Level Based On The Carbon Footprint And Handprint Calculated By The Tool. The System Under Procurement Is Primarily Used For Evaluating The Climate Effects Of Station Planning. The Purpose Of The System Is To Enable A Systematic Examination And Monitoring Of The Climate Effects And Carbon Footprint Of Planning Solutions As Part Of The Town Planning Process. However, The Use Of The System Is Not Intended To Be Limited To A Certain Planning Level Of Land Use Planning And Zoning. The Goal Is That The Acquired System Can Also Be Developed And Used At Different Levels Of Land Use Planning, Such As In Master Plan Planning, Depending On The Needs Of The Procurement Unit, Expand The Calculation To Other Areas Of Land Use, Such As For Example Adaptation To Climate Change And Safeguarding Biodiversity, Or Improve The Systems Reporting Capabilities. The Customer Has The Opportunity To Acquire Additional Modules And/Or Additional Functionalities For The Low-Carbon Assessment Of General Planning And For Pre-Construction Reporting By Using The Additional Procurement Option Included In The Procurement. In Addition To This, The Customer Can Further Develop The System Together With The Supplier During The Contract Period. The Scope Of The Acquisition Includes Implementation Projects Of The Low-Carbon Evaluation Tool For Urban Planning, Usage Rights, Support And Maintenance Services, Supplementary Expert Services That Can Be Ordered Separately, And Additional Procurement Opportunities. Based On The Competition, One (1) Supplier And One (1) Substitute Supplier Will Be Selected.
