The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Management Of The Municipal Program School Absenteeism, In Order To Comply With The Competence Of The Local Administrations To Participate In The Monitoring Of Compliance With Compulsory Schooling, To Guarantee The Right To Education Of All Students In Their Territorial Area, Placing Special Emphasis On The Detection And Intervention In Cases Of Absenteeism Caused By Situations Of Bullying, And In The Family Environment Due To Situations Of Abandonment, Physical And/Or Psychological Abuse, Abuse And/Or Sexual Exploitation, And Non-Marriage. Consented It Will Take Shape In The Design, Preparation, Execution And Control Of Activities Aimed At Ensuring Regular Attendance And Permanence In The Educational System Of Absentee Students Once The Situation And Its Causes Have Been Detected, Through A Socio-Educational Intervention With All The Agents Involved, And A Design From A Gender Perspective.
