The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Collection And Further Management Of Waste, A Semi-Finished Product For The Production Of Alternative Fuel (Waste Code 19 12 12) From The Municipal Installation In Wola Pawłowska. 1.1. The Estimated Amount Of Waste That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract Will Be No More Than 6,000 Mg (Subject To The Possibility Of Transferring A Smaller Amount During The Term Of The Contract, But Not Less Than 4,000 Mg). The Expected Monthly Amount Of Waste Is Estimated At Approximately 750 Mg. 1.3. Waste Intended For Further Management Is Generated On The Sorting Line Where Unsorted Municipal Waste (Code 20 03 01) And Raw Material Waste (From Groups 15 And 20) Are Sorted. The Waste Is Baled On A Baler In The Form Of Cubes With Dimensions Of 80X100x150 Cm, Tied Together With 3.2 Mm Thick Wire. The Average Bulk Density Of The Waste Is 480 Kg/M3. 1.4. Components For The Production Of Alternative Fuel (Rdf) Will Be Collected From The Rzgok Area In Wola Pawłowska Commune. Ciechanów Successively From Monday To Friday In The Quantity Specified In The Unit Order Sent By E-Mail To The Contractors Representative. In The Case Of Collection Based On A Unit Order, The Collection Of Components For The Production Of Alternative Fuel (Rdf) Will Take Place Within 2 Days Of Submitting The Unit Order. 1.5. The Loading Of The Component Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. The Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Weighed On The Employers Certified Scale. 1.6. The Contractor, No Later Than The Day Before Waste Collection, Will Send An Electronic Notification To The E-Mail Address [email protected] Containing: Time Of Vehicle Arrival, Registration Numbers Of The Tractor And Semi-Trailer, Name And Surname Of The Driver Along With The Bdo Number Of The Transporter. In The Absence Of Notification Within The Specified Period, The Waste Will Not Be Released And The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Charge Contractual Penalties In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. 1.7. Each Weighing Of The Collected Waste, Which Takes Place On The Ordering Partys Scale, Will Be Confirmed With A Weighing Receipt And A Waste Transfer Card. The Document In The Form Of A Weighing Certificate Generated By The Ordering Party Will Constitute The Sole Basis For Determining The Weight Of The Collected Waste Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor. Settlements With The Contractor Will Be Made Based On The Weighing Evidence Generated By The Ordering Party. Each Transport Of Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Recorded In The Weighing System And The Bdo Register. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Prepare A Waste Transfer Card Via An Individual Account In The Database On Products And Packaging (Bdo) And On Waste Management In Accordance With Art. 67 Section 5 Section
