(2) Information About Work, Planning Documents, Construction Site Inspection Appointments Is Provided By The Client City Of Bernau Near Berlin, Department Iv, Office 70.2, Ms. Bartaune, Tel. 03338 - 365 328. § 2 Subject Of The Service (1) The Service To Be Awarded Includes Cleaning Work On Public Green Spaces, Parks And Urban Squares. (2) The Benefits Are Divided Into Area Lots (Lots). The Exact Service Content Can Be Found In The Corresponding Service List. (3) Participation In The Award Procedure Can Relate To A Single, Several Or All Areas. Overview Of The Area Lots For Cleaning Public Green Spaces And Playgrounds: Lot 1: City Areas Along The City Wall Lot 2: City Areas Within The City Wall Lot 3: City Areas Between The City Wall And The Railway Line Lot 4: City Areas North Of The Federal Highway (B2) And Mühlenstrasse Lot 5: City Areas South Of The Railway Line Lot 6: City Areas South Of Mühlenstrasse/Oranienburger Street The Bidders Can Submit Offers For Individual, Several Or All Area Lots. Offers Must Be Submitted In Batches (Lot 1 To Lot 6). For Each Individual Area Lot, An Independent Offer Must Be Submitted For The Respective Project Area Of The Procurement Process. § 3 Place And Period Of Service Provision (1) The Areas Advertised For Cleaning Are Located Within The City Limits Of The City Of Bernau Near Berlin. (2) The Area Sizes Indicate The Current Total Size On Which The Services Are To Be Provided All Year Round. The Area Can Change During The Service Period Due To Additions Or Departures. (3) The Required Partial Services Must Be Carried Out In A Timely Manner After Consultation With The Client. The Execution Of Each Partial Service Must Be Reported To The Client Weekly In Text Form. The Execution Notice From The Contractor To The Client Should: A. Information About The Order (Name Of Measure), B. Details Of The Contractor (General Contact Details, Contact Person) And C. Description Of The Service Provided (Specific Activity, Scope Of Service Execution, Date And Place Of Service Execution) Included. (4) The Client Is In Default If The Service Determined According To The Calendar (Rotational Schedule) Has Not Been Carried Out. § 4 Quality Requirements (1) The Contractor Must Comply With The Prescribed Safety Regulations. He Must Take The Necessary Measures And Have Them Taken. This Applies To The Entire Service Period. He Is Responsible For All Measures. (2) During Implementation, The Respective Nature Conservation Regulations On Species Protection Must Be Observed In Particular.
