As Part Of The Cooperative Collaboration Between The University Medical Centers In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, The Rostock University Medical Center And The Greifswald University Medical Center Are Pursuing The Goal Of Building Harmonized Structures. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Digital Narcotics Cabinets For Both Houses. It Is Intended To Purchase 12 (12) Digital Narcotics Cabinets (Fixed Call-Off). Of These, Five (5) Cabinets Are For The Rostock University Medicine And Seven (7) Cabinets Are For The Greifswald University Medicine. In Addition, A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For Further Requirements. The Framework Agreement Will Initially Be Concluded For A Period Of 24 Months. The Client Is Entitled To Extend The Framework Agreement Once By A Further 12 Months. The Extension Is Carried Out By A Unilateral Written Declaration From The Client To The Contractor. The Declaration Must Be Received By The Contractor No Later Than 3 Months Before The End Of The Original Contract Term. If The Extension Option Is Not Exercised On Time, The Contract Ends At The End Of The Fixed Contract Term Without The Need For Termination. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree To The Extension Under The Unchanged Contractual Conditions; No Separate Consent Is Required. In The Event Of An Extension, All Contractual Regulations, In Particular Prices And Conditions, Continue To Apply Unchanged For The Extension Period, Unless Expressly Agreed Price Adjustment Regulations Apply.
