The Purpose Of The Order Is For The Ordering Party To Purchase Complete Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Developed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended), While Maintaining All The Conditions Arising From The Act Of April 16 2004 On Nature Protection (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1478, As Amended) And The Act Of July 20, 2017, Water Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 960, As Amended), With Determination Of The Investment Location In Accordance With The Act Of March 27 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), Allowing The Ordering Party To Select A Contractor For The Works In Accordance With The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320) And To Perform These Works And Putting The Completed Small Retention Facilities Into Use In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418).
