The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Construction Work (And The Provision Of Supplies And Related Services), Which Deals With Modifications And A New Addition To The Emergency Department Operation In The 1St Above-Ground Floor (Np) And 1St Underground Floor (Pp) Of The North Wing Of Building C Of Kyjov Hospital And A New Extension Of Ambulances In The 1St Floor And 1St Pp Of The West Wing Of Building C Of Kyjov Hospital. Urgent Admission Is A Specialized Acute Inpatient Care Workplace With Round-The-Clock Operation, Which Ensures The Admission And Provision Of Intensive Acute Inpatient Care And Specialized Outpatient Care To Patients With Suddenly Arising Serious Health Impairments And Patients In Direct Danger Of Life. The Selected Supplier Will Provide Warranty Service And Repeated Briefings For Medical Personnel For The Duration Of The Warranty Period In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions Of The Draft Contract For The Work, Which Forms Appendix No. 1 Of The Zd. The Scope Of Performance Does Not Include The Delivery Of Medical Equipment, Its Assembly, Installation, Commissioning Or The Performance Of Related Tests And Examinations. The Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement Subject Is Given In Appendix No. 2 Of The Zd. The Public Order Is Financed From The Integrated Regional Operational Program 2021-2027 On The Basis Of The 104Th Call Of The Irop - Creation And Modernization Of Emergency Income - Sc 4.3 (Pr), Provided By The Ministry For Regional Development Of The Czech Republic. The Client Submitted A Request For Support Entitled Urgent Reception - Kyjov Hospital. Project Registration Number Cz.06.04.03/00/23_104/0007009. The Supplier Is Obliged To Comply With All Rules And Conditions Resulting From The Said Subsidy Program, Which Apply To The Public Contract.
