The Subject Of The Work Is The Solution To The Installation Of One New Three-Stroke Flame Tube Steam Boiler With Accessories, With An Output Of Approx. 4000 Kg/H (The Exact Output Value Will Be Determined When Drawing Up The Drs, Taking Into Account The Optimization Of Operating Parameters During Summer And Winter Operation), With An Integrated Stainless Steel Economizer In The Space Of The Current Gas-Fired Steam Boiler Plant Of Nsp Žilina. The Mentioned New Boiler Will Be Installed In The Boiler Room, Instead Of The Dismantled Čkd 6 T/H Boiler. The New Boiler Will Be Used For The Production Of Medium-Pressure Saturated Steam, Which Will Be Used For Air Conditioning Heating And Technological Purposes, In Individual Objects Of Fnsp Žilina. When Replacing The New Boiler With The Original Čkd 6 T/H Boiler, The Output Of The Boiler Room Is Reduced. We Assume That The Current Ventilation And The Existing Exhaust Area Are Satisfactory From The Point Of View Of Work Safety And Will Not Be Interfered With During The Reconstruction Of The Boiler Room. Part Of The Work Implementation Also Includes The Installation Of A New Water Treatment Plant To Ensure The Water Quality Requirements Of The Boilers. Boiler Accessories Include A Heat Treatment System For Feed Water, A Discharge And Cooling Module, A Condensate Module, A Feed Pump Pump Module (2 Pumps), A Condensate Pump Pump Module (2 Pumps) And A Condensate Quality Monitoring Module. The Mentioned Technology Is Further Complemented By A Water And Condensate Treatment Plant And An Expansion Filling Machine. The Boiler Room Will Be Operated With Occasional Service. According To Stn 07 0703, It Is A Category I Gas Boiler Room, Located In A Free-Standing Building, With Natural Ventilation With 3 Times Air Exchange, With Exhaust Surfaces, With Natural Gas Leakage Indicators.
