The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is The Provision Of Aptamer Synthesis Services For The Jagiellonian Center For Drug Development (Jcet). 2. Subject Of The Order Financed As Part Of The Research Task Personalized Diagnostics Of Vascular Endothelium In Oncological Therapy; Towards Modern Vasculo-Oncology, [Acronym: Adevasco (Aptamer-Based Diagnosis Of Endothelium In Vasculooncology)] Financed By The Polish Science Fund Under The Virtual Research Institute - Contract Number Uof/03-Wib-3/2023-003. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use The Option For Stage 2, Stage 3 And Stage 4 Described In Annex B. An Order Executed Under The Option Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party. Failure Of The Ordering Party To Exercise The Option Right Does Not Give Rise To Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Execute The Order Covered By The Option After Receiving Notice In Writing Or Electronically From The Ordering Party That He Intends To Exercise The Option Right In Relation To A Specific Stage. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right Up To 12 Months From Signing The Contract.
