This Means That The Supplier Has An Obligation To Continuously Check And Follow Up The Carriers Way Of Fulfilling Their Mission In Relation To The Agreement. It Is Assumed That The Supplier Has Agreements With Carriers That Can Carry Out Trips In All Swedish Municipalities. The Tenderer Must Draw Up Agreements With Taxi, Air, Train, Bus And Boat Companies For The Journeys. The Terms Of The Agreements Must Be Designed In Such A Way That The Customers Special Needs Regarding Help And Service Can Be Taken Into Account. The Assignment Also Includes Ordering Coupons For Travel In Another Municipality Outside The County - Riak.
