Software Package And Information Systems - City Card On The Phone As Part Of The Task Development Of Urban Mobility Infrastructure In The Radom Functional Area - Stage I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Development, Implementation, Integration With Existing Systems And Maintenance Of The Radom City Card System On The Phone (Radomka), Along With The Provision Of It Infrastructure, Delivery Of Devices And Integration With On-Board Equipment In The Ordering Partys Vehicles In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Annexes To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Provision Of All Maintenance Services (Provision Of Sla Services And Technical Support) For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period Declared In The Contractors Declaration Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). The Period Of Provision Of Maintenance Services Is The Same As The Warranty Period And Does Not Require The Conclusion Of A Separate Agreement Or The Incurring Of Additional Costs By The Ordering Party. The Project Aims To Develop Public E-Services Related To Urban Transport And Parking By Implementing A Comprehensive It System Integrating All Urban Mobility Services. The Order Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Mode, So It Consists Of Two Basic Stages: The Design Stage And The Implementation Stage. The Order Is Being Implemented As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Development Of Urban Mobility Infrastructure In The Radom Functional Area - Stages I And Ii. The Basic Order Includes: - Delivery Of An It System Including The Possibility Of Purchasing A Ticket For Public Transport, A Paid Parking Zone, Providing After-Sales Service And Providing Residents With Information On Public Transport Timetables (Travel Planner) And Other Messages, Taking Into Account The Use By Disabled Or Visually Impaired People, Along With The Supply Of The Necessary Technical And It Infrastructure. In Addition, The Contractors Task Is To Deliver Devices Constituting Bus Equipment (85 Sets), Pok/Bok Equipment (10 Computer Sets) And Controller Readers (18 Pcs.); - Providing As-Built Documentation For The Works Covered By The Order And Technical Documentation (Diagrams, Instructions, Certificates); - Conducting Training For The Ordering Partys Employees; - Development And Implementation Of Promotional Activities; - Carrying Out Inspections And Maintenance Of Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Order During The Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects Period.
