Health Services – Hearing Aid Fitting Service. The Object Of The Procurement Is A Hearing Aid Fitting Service For The Welfare Region Of Central Finland. The Subscriber Mainly Refers Patients/Customers With Mild To Moderate Age-Related Hearing Loss Who Have A Hearing Impairment That Meets The National Hearing Aid Rehabilitation Criteria To The Service In Question. The Content Of The Procurement Is Detailed In The Appendix Service Description. All Bidders Who Have Submitted A Bid In Accordance With The Request For Bids And Meet The Requirements Set In The Request For Bids Will Be Selected As Suppliers. Bidders Are Prioritized Based On Bid Comparison. The Subscriber Orders In Accordance With The Order Of Priority, So That The Orders Are Always Made From The Provider Who Submitted The Cheapest Offer, Until The Providers Service Capacity Is Filled. The Order Of Priority Can Be Deviated From Based On The Schedule Of Access To Treatment, Geographical Location Or The Individual Needs And Wishes Of The Patient. The Priority Order Can Also Be Deviated From If Problems Or Deficiencies Have Been Detected In The Suppliers Operations During The Contract Period. An Estimated 1,500 Patients Will Be Referred To The Service Annually Throughout The Contract Period. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Any Specific Procurement Quantity, But The Procurement Quantity Depends On The Need. According To The Preliminary Estimate, The Contract Period Starts On August 1, 2026 And Is Valid For 24 Months. In Addition, The Subscriber Reserves The Option To Extend The Contract For Two (2) One (1) Year Option Periods. The Total Length Of The Contract Is A Maximum Of 48 Months.
